Can Coffee be a Health Drink?

A few years ago, there were studies saying that coffee can be associated with cancer. This prompted people to avoid drinking the caffeinated drink. A few years after that study, researches have recounted the research quoting that the research is flawed. Current research have showed that coffee can give the body a lot of benefits.
Harvard researchers are saying that coffee, when drank regularly, can be a cure for diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and colon cancer. It could even improve your mood and treat daily headache problems. It could even be drank to lower risk of cavities.
Research shows that regular coffee drinkers are 80 percent less likely to have Parkinson’s disease. While 2-cups-a-day drinkers can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 25 percent and 80 percent in liver cirrhosis risk. It can even slash the risk of gallstones by half. There are even studies showing that people who smoke and drink heavily, have less heart and liver damage because of their coffee intake.

How Not To Make A Living

The last time someone took a poll of Americans who were thinking about changing careers, 57% said they were looking for new and brighter opportunities elsewhere. We're guessing that number's probably higher now.
Statistics worth reading.
At age 50, 75% of the population has less than $5,000 in the bank for retirement.
At age 65, 45% of Americans depend on relatives, 30% depend on charities, 23% still are working (most can't afford to quit and work until they no longer are physically capable) and Only 2% are self-sustaining.
At the present time, it is impossible to support a family of two working full time at minimum wage! For the first time in history, the current generation is averaging a lower standard of living then their parents! Automation is taking layoffs to record highs!
The Bureau of Labor Statistics says that out of 100 people that start working at the age of 25, by the age of 65...
- 1 is wealthy
- 4 have enough money to retire
- 63 depend on Social Security or charity
- 29 are deceased
95% of people, age 65 and over cannot afford to retire and work until they die!!
And that's only IF they have jobs to be able to work.
What Happened to Safety and Security?

How to Deal with Sleep Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition in which the upper airway collapses during sleep, causing breathing to periodically stop at night, is an under diagnosed disorder that can lead to serious health problems as well as impaired quality of life. However, with proper treatment, you can conquer your apnea and improve your heath tremendously. Here are some guidelines on what to do if you suspect that you have apnea.

Discounted Breathing Supplies!

Steps
  1. If you routinely wake up feeling unrefreshed, fall asleep during the day, feel a decline in your mental sharpness, notice yourself sometimes waking up gasping or out of breath every few minutes, or have feelings of depression, consider talking to your doctor about a sleep study. If you wake several times during the night, and maybe more frequently towards the end of your sleep cycle - when sleep apnea is at its worst. If you sometimes do not remember covering the last few miles while driving, or drift off most times you are the passenger in a car traveling any distance, you also should consider that discussion. These are all signs of unrestorative sleep, and OSA is a major cause of unrestorative sleep. You may have accepted any or all of these issues as part of your life, and so not be aware of their impact on your life's quality.
  2. Ask your sleeping partner if they hear you snoring loudly or a steady rise and fall of snore volume, snorting or stopping breathing entirely at any point during the night, or during nap times in the day. Sleep apnea can sound a lot like snoring, often mistaken for steady breathing. Apnea is, in fact, a small step beyond snoring, if you snore chances are you will eventually develop some form of apnea as you get older.

ARE FOLLOWERS ENOUGH?

I'm wondering if Blogging is enough.
All of us who operate a blog need to have followers. Are all your followers reading your blog? Probably not. Yet, to achieve ranking in all the major engines, it's important that you have followers. Although, we have to understand that the variety of blogs are as various as the people operating them. Each blog is an independent entity under the control of it's owner. And, that owner determines the content.
